Each day combines immersive business coaching, mindful self-work, cultural experiences, and meaningful connection to create a retreat that nourishes every part of you—founder, visionary, woman.

Ease into the Mediterranean rhythm as you arrive at our sun-drenched retreat villa in Nice and meet your fellow visionaries. Together, we’ll set intentions, release limiting beliefs, and explore the internal obstacles that have been quietly holding you back. Sunset meditation and our opening sister circle set the tone for a deeply connective and transformational week ahead.

Start the day grounded with yoga and breathwork before diving into a dynamic workshop on aligning purpose with business strategy. You’ll explore what lights you up in your work, get clear on your message, and learn how to articulate your value with impact and authenticity. Afterward, explore Old Town Nice with new friends, followed by a soulful sister dinner under the stars.

Today is about making your vision real. After a morning walk to the ocean for breathtaking views and grounding reflection, you’ll engage in hot seat clarity coaching, business planning, and brand language exercises that help refine your unique path forward. In the evening, a cheese and wine tasting offers time to connect, unwind, and integrate insights with laughter and community.

10am-12:30pm Workshop: “Skills assessment- Identifying your secret weapons and how to best use them to grow your business, or change yourself.”

6pm-7:30pm Wine + Cheese Tasting

This is where it all comes together. Through guided breathwork, movement, and final workshops, you’ll create a personalized Integration Plan—complete with a 90-day action roadmap and next-step commitments. The evening culminates in a celebration dinner and commitment-sharing ritual, where each woman toasts to her future and the power of being witnessed in her transformation.

Our final morning is for soft landings and sacred farewells. After one last seaside stretch and breakfast, you’ll walk away with a crystal-clear vision, practical tools, and the encouragement of a sisterhood that will follow you long after Nice.
