About the Girl Gang Association Founders

Melissa Smith, HALE Bone Broth, Hanover, MA

Hi there, I’m Melissa Smith and my mission is to empower and nurture women to live their best lives and to be happy, healthy members of The Tribe. Through my wildly popular HALE Bone Broth and sought-after Wellness Retreats and Workshops, I am driven every day to help people and to bring people together. This passion came recently after the death of my beloved mother and has fueled me with a drive and energy that often leaves my husband’s head spinning (sorry, not sorry Chris!). The truth is, we all have an engaging story and I created The HALE Life to help women come together to heal and nurture each other. Because together, we are unstoppable.

Susan Davis, SHD Marketing, Norwell MA

Don’t you look nice today! I’m Susan Davis, founder of SHD Marketing which provides comprehensive marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses to help them reach their business goals faster. With 20+ years of marketing experience, I honed my marketing chops at a Fortune #5 company where I learned from the best and now I can apply those learnings to support your business.

Integrity, hard work, and creativity have always been my hallmark. I love to work and I love to have fun. And nothing is more fun than successfully reaching a goal—together.
